Saturn Trouble Code P0341Banshee18267 04-22-2003, 05:17 AM I have a 1999 Satrun (88K, 5 Speed, 1.9 L)and the check engine light is on. I have retreived the trouble code P0341 from the computer. This code is from the Camshaft position sensor. The car does ocasionally have a sputter at low RPM's. Once above 2500 RPM's there is no hesitation in the engine. What would be the best course of action for this problem? Thanks David 97SCa-spec 05-18-2003, 06:44 PM To clear your code , check your coil packs #1 and #4 specifically , but check them all to make sure there is no corrosion , if there is take a small peice of sandpaper , clean the leads on the coils , before putting the spark plug wires back on put some die - electric grease on the coil leads and in the lead recepticles on the spark plug wires , put the wires back on the leads . Next dis-connect the negative battery terminal for 2 minutes or so to clear the codes from the PCM , then start your vehicle and take it for a drive , the first chance you get hit it HARD and keep it floored for a good bit ; why you may ask , should you do this , well it is so your PCM can "re-learn crank" . This should fix it , it might take a few tries to get the PCM to relearn crank , though . I just had this happen to my '97 SC and I resolved the matter with the help and knowledge of some helpful people on www.saturnfans.com message forum . Saved me a whole lot of time and money . Good luck ! If you have any problems e-mail me . vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
