Bugatti Veyron Specs & StuffETS 04-21-2003, 02:01 AM Does anybody know the full spec on the Veyron, or a site where it is? Stefanel1 05-31-2003, 07:17 PM I can only say to you that it'll be sold in 2004 and it'll have a W16 1001 hp (refering to the "Contes des 1001 Nuits" in order to sale this car in the Gulf countries). It should cost about 1 million Euros (1,2 million Dollars). Stefanel1 05-31-2003, 07:17 PM Fun signature ETS :D Deakins 05-31-2003, 07:38 PM Originally posted by ETS Does anybody know the full spec on the Veyron, or a site where it is? Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S (http://www.bugatti-auto.de/bugatti/index.html) would be a good place to start :) Stefanel1 06-01-2003, 06:37 AM On the site you mention, there is not the EB 110 ! that's surprising. Deakins 06-01-2003, 07:09 AM Home -> Models -> EB 110 Stefanel1 06-01-2003, 07:21 AM oups sorry :D I only saw the history Gafoto 06-05-2003, 10:22 AM This car should be interesting to say the least. I'm convinced it's gonna dethrone the Mclaren from the fastest supercar seat. Mostly that's bcs of its brute force (actually about 987 hp...now i just can't respect it) also where did that two tone paint come from? The car is nice, a bit like the giugiaro designed car "prima" but seems kinda big an ogrish. I think it's gonna be able to get to 250 mph. I just hope someone is crazy enuf do get it there :flash: krebs128 08-03-2003, 10:30 PM damn, looking at the page, they have other cars w/ 18 cylinders!!! :spit: holy fuck, but suprisingly not alot of HP. Hudson 08-04-2003, 09:58 AM The only Bugattis with 18 cylinders were concept cars. The EB118, EB218, 3/18 Chiron, and 4/18 Veyron were just concept cars (one of each built). The upcoming production Veyron is a 16-cylinder car. krebs128 08-05-2003, 01:01 AM yea i know, but i was just sayin, they created a 18 cylinder and dropped it into a car, even though it may never drive on the roads, that's pretty awesome. farbod 09-05-2003, 01:25 PM the new buggati veyron eb 16 has 16 cylinder 1001bhp and it is road legal McLaren F1 Guy 09-07-2003, 03:36 PM 0-60: 2.9 Top Speed: 252.3 mph Horsepower: 987 Engine: 8.0 liter quad turbo W16 Weight: 3520 lbs. They are: $750,000 (Supercars.net) $1.2 million (Automobile magazine) $1 million (Many places) $1,363,116 (Fast-Autos.net) farbod 09-07-2003, 03:39 PM listen the horse power is over 1001 bhp and as for the price its 750,000 pounds not dolars and again its 1,000,000 euros not dolars KoenigseggCC 09-07-2003, 04:28 PM He was right, its 987 Bhp. thats 1001 PS PS (Pferdestärke) is the metric equivalent of horsepower. to convert from metric to imperial horsepower, divide the PS figure by 1.0139. For example, 240PS is equivalent to 237 bhp. So 1001PS divided by 1.0139 = 986 bhp 'Segg  (oh and I'm not that clever, I got the info from the Volkswagen site (http://volkswagen.co.uk/new_cars/Touareg/Engines)) farbod 09-08-2003, 11:05 AM well all the sites i have checked say 1001bhp Hudson 09-08-2003, 09:42 PM All specs, performance data, and prices are tenative until production begins...next year. farbod 09-09-2003, 10:23 AM but i cant wait that long vBulletin®, Copyright ©2010, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
