Solenoid pack replacement

1999 2.4 Leaking tranny fluid. Seems to be leaking around the solenoid pack/shift solenoid assy area. I can't rule out if the leak is coming from any of the sensors or fittings above the assembly, but I can see fluid build up around the front cover (with the torx screws) edge after I wipe down the area while it is running.
The parts picture shows only three bolts. Is this unit replaceable without tearing too much apart? I can only see one bolt head, but didn't have enough time tonight to see if I can get tools on the other two bolts. Once I get parts in hand I will have a better idea if I can do this repair on the street.
Any heads up would be appreciated. Thanks.

easy replacement...3 10mm bolts hold down the solenoid pack. you may also need a deep 1 inch socket for the speed sensor.
