'93 Formula won't start

Just bought my baby back from my Sister-in-law..Sold it to her and she couldn't keep it up. According to her, it would crank and run fine, but then started stalling after warm-up.

Picked the car up today and it won't start..turns over but no crank....
Havn't had a chance to start trouble shooting yet....any guesses on where to begin.....???? I plan on starting with fuel relay/fuses, check fire, ect...???????

always best to start with the crank fuse also the battery and its connections. then if security light is on when trying to start. listen for the fuel pump when turning the key.
