I will be building this Pajreo up as a rally raider and this is how far I have gone so far.

Tis a pity it's not as full motor model as it would be great.

Laptop fitted, the white block under the laptop will become a TerraTrip device for the co-driver.

The body is painted Tamiya's sky blue and this is my first air brush attempt. The Pajero is a Aoshima kit and a good kit to work with.

Good looking start. Are you planning a full decalled livery? I like the colour - the rescue helicopters would have no trouble spotting it in the desert!

Thanks potsie, at the moment I'm not sure on wot decalling will be done but it will get something that's for sure & yes it won't be missed from the air by a chopper hey.

Remember the works Peugeot rally team having big coloured circles on top of the cars so the support choppers could tell each car from the other during the rally. This one needs no such thing, sticks out nicely!

Cool choice of subject, Dakar starts up very soon too.

Sunday 6:06am South Australian daylight saving time, how the heck do U save time in the summer by winding U'r clock forward one hour oh well never mind. Thanks WRCfan for U'r comments on the colour and yes I thought it was a great colour to use that's Y it's there and U'r right it doesn't need one of those big circles like the Pug Factory used I know the ones U mean. I have been following rallying all my life ever since I competed and now in retirement and I still find it interesting and exciting to watch even though the guys of today don't chance hemselves like we did back int he 70's by driving @ breakneck speeds at night with driving lights as our only guide.
