Express or Astro?

I'm needing to buy a van for my business. Never had a van or worked on one in my entire life. I'm wondering what are the pros & cons between the Express line and the Astros? Is one easier to work on than the other or more reliable maybe, how much more space does an Express really have inside, are they both available almost bare bones so I can build my own shelves inside, is one less expensive than the other usually? Why would someone buy an Astro over an Express or vice versa? I'm trying to research this kind of stuff. I have a video production business and would be using the van to transport lights, stands, dolly's, etc.

Take a look at some of them.
And pick out what you need in space and hauling tonage .
The astro is a light van.
Both have GM power plants and rear wheel drive.
Some astro are 4 wheel if you need that.
Express vans are larger and come in up to 1500= 1/2 ton 2500 = 3/4 to and 3500 = 1 to and single or dual rear wheels and didderent cargo boxes on express vans.
They also come in Cutway or regular cabs.
Astro or express areb Both a pain to work on engine.
Good luck

Thanks for the info. I was wondering about how it was to work on the engine. Figured it was either really easy cause you have access to both front and back or it was really hard cause the access sucks.

The front is not easy and the rear you have to pull the dog house.
Some spark plugs can be changed from the side by removing wheels/tires.

Pulling engine can be a pain.
Remove from front after removing front grill and a few drop out from bottom.
