trans wont shift

need help please after rebuilt on a55 trans toyota tercell wagon 2 wheel drive wont shift it goes into drive & reverse but wont shift check governor ok check vavlebody with no luck before rebuilt was runing fine i just wanted to put new clutches in it any suggestion will help ty
