93 Skylark..puzzels me.. help!!

I have a 1993 skylark,3.3L
i have a few problems with it..
1st thing is..the car drives fine for about a half hour
then the trans starts to lose 3rd gear, as this happens
the temp starts to rise..shortly after it does not want to hit second,
then the car over heats fast..the car does not leak any fluids,oil-trans,
but it does push the fluid out of the fill hole when it overheats.when it cools down the process starts all over..i have replaced the radiator fan,hoses..
2nd thing is electrical..i have lost my speakers on the left side,front and back.also my left turn signal works when it wants to,but when they work my radio will flash along with the signal..my interior lights on the left side do not work.. anyone help???
