What was the problem that lead you to replace the head gasket? Having a blown head gasket is on this engine is very rare.

Do you have good compression on all 6-cyl now? All vacuum lines connected and no leaks? yes it has good spark and fuel pressure we check the injection by put plastic bags around the ijection and turn the motor overThe injectors may be firing, but what is the fuel pressure?

Double check the routing of the spark plug wires. If coolant got into the cylinders then you may have to replace the spark plugs. Check the metal tube that goes to the EGR valve for cracks. They break quite easily & can give you a huge vacuum leak.
