WIth my growing family and moving to the northeast, I decided to sell my silverado.
I got $6750 for it. Its a 2wd extended cab, maintained like airforce one. What do you think? Did I make out good or did I sell too cheap? Judging from the market here, I think I did well. Similar trucks (with 4wd) are going for $3000-$4500.
I picked up a 1999 GMC suburban 4wd, 5.7 LT with heated leather, 113K miles, for $1000! I had to replace the complete rear axle, brakes all the way around, and basic tuneup but still pretty good price. I have about $1600 into it now. WIll be $2000 after I get a set of tires. Pretty good eh?

since you live in the mountain area of N.H. you did the correct thing in getting a 4WD vehicle,,because without it your not going anywhere..
I would of tried to get a newer vehicle though...99 is getting too old..
when winter comes make sure you use the 5-30wt synthetic oil...below zero temps , will effect the starting..
