loose steering

I have a 91 Silverado. It has tilt steering and wobbles. I have been told the 4 bolt down in the column are loose. Is it a big chore to fix?
I have a pivot tool on order from snap on. I also found the bearing at the top is loose seems to be bad. Does anyone know where I can get the upper and lower bearing besides the dealer, I have checked at several of my local supply houses. Thanks for any advice. I did read an article on the web about repairing it.

Theyre not bad, just remember to put lock tite on the screws and continuously check to make sure that your high beams work.

Also you will need a steering wheel puller.

Thanks, I got it fixed. Just had to take my time and patience. I thought I was going to break my pivot puller though. One came out easy and the other would not budge. I used a screwdriver from the back side while the puller had tension and pried on it. It was just enough to get it started. Thanks
