Hello all, I'm considering buying a 1999 Alero with 4 cyl /auto/full load. It does have a blown head gasket according to the owner. I've done other head gaskets on 4 cyl cars since I figure they're a lot easier than 6 cyl cars. I have done some research but haven't found anything definitive; most seem to be 6 cyl. Are the head bolts TTY? How difficult are the cams to deal with? What would be the most difficult aspect?

The car is $300 and has a good body & interior.The mileage is a bit high 230Km but I;ve done other head jobs on cars with similar mileage and have been pleased since I don;t have a heavy commute and may put only 12,000km/year.
