I have a 1991 Riviera that was running fine and the next morning it acted as if the battery was dead. The only thing the starter does is click. I charged the battery and checked the terminal ends and all was good. Also now when I hook the battery back up the blower motor stays on even with the key off and out. Any help would be appreciated.

The blower power module is most likely the cause of the blower issue. After that is repaired, check the battery, charge it and see what happens.
