I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab Z71 with a manual dual climate control. It gets very hot and then I can not control the level like the regular vents, floor, and defrost. I have also had problems with the passenger side blowing hot air. Is this a control problem, or a relay or fuse problem. Thanks for your help.

there are temperture door control motors that blend the hot/cold to give your correct temp...usually these doors will stick on debris...sometimes they fail due to a bad motor or the controlling device..

open the air box and see if these doors are binding on dirt...
if its intermittent most likely dirt/debris..
