MAT/MAF/MAP sensor

What is the difference between a MAT, MAF, MAP, IAT sensor? My 4.6L 95 Concours is throwing code P038C Open MAT Sensor Signal and I would just like to clarify difference between and purpose of each of the MAT sensor, MAF and MAP sensor. My Haynes manual (pofs) discusses the replacement of the MAF/IAT sensor, yet I was under the impression that the IAT was synonymous with the MAT. Please, any and all information is greatly appreciated. Pics are great too of what I'll be replacing! Thank you

MAF - Mass Air Flow - Measures the volume/density of the air going into the engine.
MAT - Mass Air Temp - Measures the temp of the air typically found as part of the MAF
IAT - Intake Air Temp - Measures air temp usually its own sensor.
MAP - Mass Air Pressure - Measures the lack of pressure in the intake. Closed throttle will have less pressure than wide open throttle.
