99 Silverado problem with door lock switches, seat mem buttons, mirror adj

I have a 99 Silverado 1500 Z71 (new body style). I'm having an issue with some switches in the truck. The only things that appear to be working are the power window switches and the buttons for the seat heaters. The power door lock switches are not working on either the driver's side or passenger's side doors - you have to manually slide it to unlock it. Interestingly enough the power locks work with the remote though. The seat memory buttons are also not working although oddly enough the seat heater button right next to it is. The power mirror adjustment is also not working - cannot adjust either side. What in the world is going on? Is this a BCM issue or possibly a bad ground somewhere? Would really like to get this fixed - anyone have any ideas on where to start? Thanks!

check fuses//bcm is a different circuit to control/pwr door locks...

could also be door switch...same with the mirrors control switch is in need of replace /repair=cleaning...

not sure of the seat memory..don't use it ..
