2005 Silverado BCM?

My 05 Silverado 1500 LS crew has several electonic component issues. Power windows, dash lights, most of the guages, AC, interior lights and rt side turn signals don't work. Is this a BCM problem? Possibly other? Or possibly an ignition switch problem in that the BCM is getting no power off of the swlitch? My assumtion is that it would be the BCM since some components seem to be working which are controlled by the BCM. If I replace the BCM with a new or possibly a used BCM what has to be done to ensure that everything will work as it is suppose to? Help is appreciated as this vehicle is currently not driveable.

Proper testing before throwing parts at it.
Get in on a good engine BCM capable scanner and find out what is going on.
Any BCM codes?

first check all fuses with a meter...then remove and clean all grounds on the vehicle...

when different circuits all act up together it is usually the supply side or the defective grounding points...

the BCM could be bad IF it was a single problem ,,,usually...

EXACTLY what I was thinking, check grounds. There is a ground that goes from firewall area to a bolt on the rear of the block in the intake area, sounds like that ground might be your problem. any mouse chews on wires? they really seem to like that ground wire. I repaired several when I worked at the dealer..
