Used the car just last evening, woke up this morning for work and the Stratus would not turn over completely:
> Battery - FINE, voltage was at 12
> Lights Exterior and Interior - FINE
> Power Locks and Windows - FINE
> Wipers - FINE
> FUSES - FINE
> NO LEAKS
.......When I try to start it, it just doesn't turn over completely to start the engine. ANY help would be much appreciated.
