hi guys, i have a 2005 express 3500 and cannot figure out why my brake and turn signal wont work on the rear drivers side. the bulb was replaced, the fuse is good. it isn't getting any power to the socket. the front drivers side flasher works but rapidly like a bad bulb and i also checked the ground by the connector and its okay. also the running and back up lights are fine. Could it just be the socket? Any help is much appreciated.

Make sure it has good ground.
Check for turn/brake light power at the wiring on rear frame wires/plug in.
Does it have 12 volts there?

the socket itself is becoming known for having issues. the connections internally are failing
