I Have a few idea's what it might be but not certian. I have changed the plug wires (accel 8.8's) the factory wires definately clear the wallet in a hurry, run injector cleaner a few times also cleaned as many contact's as I could find ( including taking the coil pacs off and making sure for good contact with the prongs ). I did do a few mods to the car, I was suckered into buying that silly juice box wich I believe now is just a diode in a box :disappoin. Ported and pollished the throttlebody (very carefully at that). Also made the exhaut flow a lot better but I can't see that being the colpurate. Now come to think of it, I do remember having to replace both rubber hoses going to the heater core. It was spraying a lot of coolant on the coolant temp sensor and connector. That may be a problem right there but I have no idea darn it:crying:. The car works a lot better at higher rpm but still misses the odd time. I am really leaning toward's an ignition issue.

I need some reasurance to what it would most probably be.

Thank you very much

Welcome to AF. There is no quick answer here, based on what you have been doing anything is possible , a full scan using a high line scanner should pick out misfire counts and the suspect cylinder, during the actual misfire events. Usually an ign. misfire occurs under high engine loads, one injector may not be functioning properly also. Try disconnecting the egr for test purposes.
