Also, The other day I was driving it and it wouldnt move it felt as if something was STUCK! I turned it off then back on and it was fine! HELP!

Welcome to AF.

You need to get it scanned for any ABS/traction control system DTCs which will require an ABS capable scan tool preferably a GM Tech 2. It could be a bad wheel sensor within any of the 4 hubs, wiring or the EBTCM module. The reason why the steering acts up is the EBTCM module controls the Magnasteer variable effort steering. EBCTM = Electronic Brake and Traction Control Module. Also, be sure to check the brake fluid level at the master cylinder.

Okay. I went yesterday and got it put on the machine.. the GM tech 2. The guy said the code kepy coming back as "effort steering variable accelerator" he said he doesnt know what that means and has never had something like that come up! Im so aggravated!

There are two parts to the Magnasteer system. The actuator at the rack and pinion and the EBCTM. Not a common problem. Can you post the diagnostic trouble code? With a GM Tech 2 it should be a C1XXX code.
