brake help please...all4freedom 03-29-2003, 06:07 PM I own a 2001 jeep wrangler. I just replaced the brake pads and when I pushed the plunger back is I released some pressure off the screw that holds the brake line. Some fluid came out and it made it very easy to push the plunger back, I then tightened the screw back up and now I have no brake pressure, the peddal goes almost to the flore. I did top the fluid bakc off. ezgoing 08-27-2003, 09:33 PM That sounds like it could be several things. 1. Little or no fluid in the master cylinder 2. Air in the brake lines 3. faulty master cylinder 4. defective check valve I would start with #2 to track the problem down. Later EZ BamaTeg 10-11-2003, 07:32 AM You got air in the system and need to bleed the front brakes. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
