I was planning to replace the rear brakes on my 2500HD Duramax diesel today, but found that after removing all lug nuts on the first wheel that I couldn't remove it from the hub. What it the best way to deal with this? a large puller?
Thanks for any help.

I have a large dead blow plastic hammer from snap-on for getting them off. You can also try putting the lugs on loose and drive back and forth in the driveway until it pops.

when the wheel is stuck to the hub loosen lugs and drive vehicle as mentioned fwd/rev and the wheel will free...do not use hammer or pulling devices..

when installing the wheels remove all corrosion [wire brush] and apply a film of anti seize compound on the mating metal....keep off the lug studs..this will cause you never to have this happen again..

use of this antiseize on the disk/drum bore is also recommended so that these parts remove easy, and do not rust out which can cause them to not mate up properly to the hub flange...

Thanks for the replies. Driving it about 15 ft out of the garage did the trick.

Good deal I usually just put the wheel/tire assembly back on and put a few lugnuts back on semi loose then kick either side of the tire and that usually pops it right off.
