Brake Lights not working

My cruise control stopped working, so I checked that fuse, then proceeded to check the brake lights and found neither of the back ones worked, but the one on the back of the cab does. Ive checked the fuses, replaced the bulbs, replaced the circuit board near the back of the truck. Ive tested and found that no power is getting to that connector for either brake light. All other lights work fine.

Also the brake light lead on my trailer wiring plug works, this wire is yellow. The brake wires are black and light blue, that connect to the board that breaks off into two harnesses, one to each housing.

Does anyone have a guess what to try next.

the VEHICLE STOP FUSE is what I suspect to be your problem....this is a 10A fuse that feeds the rear stop lamps and the cruise control...the wires should be LT BLUE in color to the lamps...
