1993 cadillac with a fan that wont stop blowing

ok i have had my "caddy" for almost 2 years and it has been doing great but when my boyyfriend started looking under the dash alot of my stuff was unplugged. he hooked it all back up and now the car wont start and when it does start the fan wont turn off when the car does. it just keeps blowing until the battery dies. does anyone know how to fix this? plz help me.

Welcome to AF, from here there is no way to know what he connected or did to cause this issue. If it was ok before, someone has to ask him exactly what he did. The fans staying on can be caused by a bad fan relay in the under hood power center, the no start or no crank condition must be back tracked from the starter to the nuetral switch to the ign switch or on board / add on security system

well we went through and undid everything and made it just the way it was before.....how do i fix the relay thing?

the only thing we didnt put back is a thing that says whistler.... it looks like some weird radar dector thing and the guy that had the car before me said it was illlegal so we took it out.

The fan relay/s should be in the under hood relay center, there may be 2, one for high and one for low, remove one or both and see if the fan shuts off.
