95 escort retracting seatbelt noiseBIGPETEG24 04-10-2009, 08:07 PM the drivers side retracting seatbelt cable came out the track and now is stuck, the clicking is very annoying any way to stop this noise:screwy: Davescort97 04-11-2009, 05:11 AM Could you pull the fuse? Probably not because I can't find an electrical diagram for it. You could start pulling fuses until it quits, but it would probably disconnect some other things that you want. AzTumbleweed 04-11-2009, 10:05 AM Go down to the base of the pillar the belt is on and remove the trim. There is an electrical connection there. Just unplug it. There is also a bolt there that I think is a torx head. Turning it will manually move the shoulder harness. You can move it into the driving position and leave it there. I went through this with my car several years ago. I leave the shoulder harness hooked up and whenever I get in the car I simply pull it over my head and on to my shoulder. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
