Wont really get up and go

Got a '01' 4.6L and i jus wana get more power. Did all my tune up work and cleaned all injectors but i still feel a lil slow. ?????

go with a K&N cold air intake

or maybe go with a hotter timing. mpg will go to shit but it will give you some more horses.
