I got a bottle of oil treatment from the Isuzu dealer that works WONDERS for the LOUD lifter clatter. I don't have the bottle anymore so I'm unsure of the name, but I put one in every few oil changes, not more ticking. Its only $8 too. :iceslolan

This is after using Seafoam and highmilage oil with no affect.
