Hey everyone! I just inherited my wife's Grandma's 01 STS. 43,000 miles and in awesome shape. Is there anything that I should check first off? t has been garaged and dealer serviced the whole time. Thanks for any inputs!

In addition to the oil, etc verify that the coolant has been changed.

I guess I was not very clear, It has been seen every 3000 miles by the dealer service department. I was wondering if there is anything about this particular model that has been a problem that should be looked at right away?

There is nothing really specific to that model. You'll find that it is no more or less reliable than any other GM vehicle of similar vintage. You may want to use a leather care product on the seats to keep the leather from drying out and cracking. Just stay on top of the servicing as set out in the owners manual and enjoy your car.

Have you checked the air pressure in the tires?
