Front caliper help

Hey all i have a 94 Camaro V6 and im on my 3rd set of rotors in about 50,000 miles. Im pretty sure i found out why my rotors are warping so bad, is because the bottom/leading caliper bolt "pin or sleeve"is stuck and on one side has actually broke. When i replaced them the first time i made sure to use plenty of high temp lube but for some reason they keep getting stuck and causing my brake pads to wear uneven and my rotors to warp as the caliper cannot slide on the bolt sleeve. As i was replacing the caliper bolt sleeves this last time the back side pins went in easy but the front or leading sleeves i had to press in with a c clamp. What can i do to free these up so my caliper can slide. I used plenty of lube but still no luck. The bolt slides through the sleaves with no issues but the caliper will not slide on the sleaves.

Thanks

I've gone cheap on dry pins/bushings and used anit-seeze.
