hello hello i wanted to ask is that i have just started to have a small rubbing wobbing sound some where in my tires. it's not a grinding noise it dose it when i slow my rodeo down going real solw. some some told me it could be the break pads are roters.........

sometimes my front tires rubs the mudflaps while turning.
