Can the 3.5 replace the 3.2 in a 2001 Rodeo sport?

I found a 3.5 v6 engine/transmission/computer for pretty cheap. Would it fit in a 2001 Rodeo Sport that has a 3.2 v6 engine. The 3.5 was from a 4x4 and the 2001 R.S. is a 4x2. Has anyone done this?
