Can 3.2 replace the 2.2 in a 2001 Rodeo Sport?

I was wondering what, besides the engine and computer, would have to be replaced? The transmission is the same but is the housing different? Has anyone done this?

new motor mounts. It would be cheaper just to buy a RS with a v6 in it already.
