i have 2000 buick regal lse how difficult would it be to put a supercharger on it if i wanted to?

The L36 SII 3800 engine can be upgraded with a blower but it is a lot of work and costly. There are other kits available to do a L36 to L67 conversion more cost effective at sources like ZZPerformance.com.

It is not a simple bolt on operation and many components from a L67 are need other than the supercharger. Starting with the cylinder heads since the fuel injectors are located on the heads rather than the lower intake manifold. Plus since the L36 has a higher compression ratio the boost has to be lowered or regulated to well under 8 lbs of boost.
