This codes keep coming on 1st is p0174 then p1141 twice any ideas?

p0174 is, "System Too Lean (Bank 2)"

I believe the p1141 means the same thing it's just a GM or Isuzu only code. The p0174 is a generic code that means the same thing on any car.

Your intake manifold gaskets could be leaking or the O2 sensor could be bad.
