My fuel pressure was at 10 psi the last time i checked it now it goes up to 10 psi and then down to 3 psi in about 2 seconds

Either the pump is bad or the press. reg. in the throttle body.

that's what you would like to think.

I've been trying to find what's wrong for a year now I've replace almost everything in the starting system .
