V6 3.1L Automatic Trans., 175,000 miles

Problem:

In the middle of winter, my blower quit working. Before this, AC/heater control settings 1,2, and 4 worked fine while setting 3 rarely worked at all. Also, the heat and AC worked great. This was the case for the five years that I have owned the car. One day I went out to start the car and the blower didn't work. I checked all of the fuses and their good. Does anyone know what this could be?
