Anyone figure this out?

OK I got a 2002 dodge stratus. I get a loud humming noise when I turn left, and it has gotten worse over the last 5 months. I have changed out the wheel bearing, cv axle and switched the two front tires around and I still hear the noise plain as day on the front passengers side. The ball joints looked fine, the tire rod end looked fine, and there was no play at all in the u-joint and struts. I'm simply out of ideas. It started making that noise after my girlfriend hit a car and damaged the front end pretty bad but it was put back together by a shop. I'm going insane here. :banghead:

is the noise coming from the fender well or under hood?
does the noise occur while turning the wheel left or just rolling while in the turn?
If the noise is only while turning the wheel left stationary or rolling you could have damaged the rack or the pump could be making a humming noise...
if it is a rotational noise only while rolling during a left turn it could be in the strut bearing... well need to know whether this is mechanical or a hydraulic humming sound and what area it is coming from...
