Century Wipers

After an ice storm, my driver's side wiper no longer works. It seems to be disconnected from the motor or stripped.
I removed the plastic wiper arm cap and the nut. The motor is moving the screw/post, but the wiper is disconnected or stripped from the motor.
My attempts to remove the wiper arm have been useless.
My questions:
1) How do you take off the arm?
2) What part do you need once the arm is off?
Thanks,
- Rich

Well, the question turned out to be unnecessary because the problem wasn't a stripped anything but instead a loose nut. After a good tightening, the wipers work fine.
Thanks to all.
