Hi ppl
It's been a while ( the saga continues )

Well I'm back and after almost year I'm back tiring to get the Vandura running .

In my last post
My problem started when I started getting black smoke from the exhaust so i thought change the spark plugs which were very fowled just to get it home .

but still black smoke so i changed the fuel injectors still hard to start so to make a long story short .

I have replaced : the spark plugs, the wires distributor, rotor, the ignition coil,EGR solenoid ,and fuel injectors and it still won't start .

So I'm thinking it maybe it's the Fuel Injector Pressure Regulator because i get a stream of gas not a mist like it should be .

I'd like to know if I'm right

Please help

thank you for your time

Have you tested the fuel pressue, got good spark?, will it start spraying starting fluid into the intake. All basic diagnostic steps.

I did all the checks every thing checks out the only thing left is to check the fuel pressure.

If the pressure is too high then what ??

I am not sure what a Vandura is but if you have TBI and it is streaming instead of spraying, it sounds like the injector is dirty/bad. Did you use new or used ones?
If the fuel pressure is to high then you either have a blocked return line or a bad regulator.

DUH ?????? How dumb of me not to think about a blocked return line .

Thank you all for your help
