Hello friends. I will start an article about the realization of the Alfa Romeo T33 / 3 to 1 / 12 made entirely by hand. At the moment I'm finishing the V8 engine that had this modelo. No speak English but I hope the translator succeed.
Although I have lots of graphic documentation, drawings etc will be well received any information from the smallest detail, and especially from the engine, there are only general shots.
It should be borne in mind that it is a model 1 / 12 and the small details are very important
I hope your help

Andale andale Pablo!

Just host your picts on a hosting service like photobucket or imageshack, and copy+paste the image tag, start from the hosting service and everything would be clear.

Generally my dark side push me to shot crap on newbees questions, but in this case I'm so courious...

These photos are part of the V8 engine of the Alpha 1 / 12, the wheels are turned in aluminum and the principle of the body is part of a block of wood, then make a silicone mold and a resin copy.
Much work .....

The introduction of the article did not give me time to explain the complexity of this work, taking months to collect information and plot plans to scale each of the pieces. This first part of the processing engine is perhaps the most complex and even has one of the models to MFH 1 / 24 there are many
a large scale queen things should be well finished. The second part will be the production of the riveted aluminum chassis self.
Ultimately all of the suspensions, brakes, pipes etc hidrahulicas finish the whole car, leaving the final stage for the preparation of the body from the mold timber and the use of silicone and resin to complete.
The idea is basically to leave the unpainted plastic model and produce copies of all parts of resin possible to compare the two jobs
Well at the moment is still completing the engine and gearbox, if you have any useful documentation can send it through the forum or my email pablominiaturas@yahoo.es

The following photos show the construction of the Trumpets of admissions Alfa T33 / 3 (not used any of the market for accessories). Are made on the lathe that lacks numerical controlled so that all the pieces come out the same has been carving a knife around with the exact measurements of the trumpet.
then it is only necessary to repeat the operation on the 8-fold Aluminum round.
The sanding and polishing is done with the piece turning on the lathe to get the perfect finish

Realizacion de amortguadores delanteros y traseros. Es importante cortar y separar los hilos para conseguir el aspecto real del coche. Estan realizados con el almacen de productos desechados de antiguos Tamiya 1/12

The photos show the development from a large piece of evergreen joining large sizes made of strips and gluing them carefully so that no voids and waiting several days for the whole stay dry.
Then starts the general work of the piece on the lathe and the dealer grade for the mill are conducted drills to be carried reinforcements and screws, all starting from the central axis of the spread. Subsequently, the pieces are developed and fully differential gears in several small parties, to allow us to the manufacture of silicone molds giving all the details
