The PCM is the computer for most all electrical functions of your car. It controls when the fuel injectors open and what order they go in. Not sure where your PCM is but usually is near the fender on most cars. it is rectangular about the size of your hand and can be seen without the use of tools. there are several plugs in it with many many many wires going to it.

On my Eldo it's up under the dash behind the glove box.

It's located under the air cleaner box. Remove the whole air filter assembly and you'll see it
FWIW...if your replacing it with a reman unit...the PCM will have to be programmed. This requires a software download and upload to the replacement PCM
