The ABS and parking break light came on and after i start the car and start to pull away, there is a noise that sounds like a golf ball dropping into a cup and then sounds like a grind but after that the light comes on.

First check your brake fluid level -that is the only other reason why the red parking brake lght would illuminate (other than the parking brake being on). Next find out why it's low. I would imagine a change in brake pedal feel would be observed as well. The noise you are likely hearing is the ABS peforming its routine self-test. Most folks don't notice this sound unless they are really listening closely. The ABS will fail it's self-test if the brake fluid reservoir is empty and this would cause the orange ABS light to illuminate as well.

Not totally true. The light also goes on when the PCM suspects possible hydraulics failure. RARE to happen...ive yet to hear of such an issue.

Check your reluctor rings and ABS sensors on each wheel. Sometimes dirt gets in the teeth and gives improper pulses to the ABS module. This is the most common problem

After plugging it in and getting the codes were found that the brain of the whole system was bad.

I have yet to hear about a bad PCM.

Also the ABS module is separate from the PCM

Remove the wheel. If you look behind the hub youll see a set of teeth that wraps around the axle very close to the hub. You need to make sure all the teeth are clean and there is nothing in between them. Also if you look at your strut you will see 2 things attached to it. A brake hose, and a wire. Follow the wire to the hub and youll see the ABS sensor. This needs to be plugged in and clean also

is there anyway that i can make it so that the ABS light doesnt come on? also so that noise goes away? is there a fuse or something

The noise is the ABS checking itself. It does this everytime you get above 5mph and is normal. Untill you find the cause of the ABS Light on (again dirt in the reluctor ring) the light will come one. IIRC there is a fuse in the underhood fuse box
