The power door locks quit working on my daughters civic checked fuse under hood it was fine any suggestions

Will they work with the key at II ?? Can you here any noises when working the lock switch ??

Did you check the relay??

Where is the relay and no I cannot hear any noise when switch is activated with key in any position

Fuses #16 and #9 in under hood box, Fuse #10 in under dash box. Should be checked.

The relays appear to be part of the multiplex unit contained inside the under dash fuse box.
