97 olds lss sc p1811 1645 300 171

Must have foot on accelorator to start car. Engine turns over, tries to fire but will not start. Lightly depress accelorator car starts. Check engine light on and code P0171.
Then yesterday check engine light started flashing, new codes came up P0171, P0300, P1645, and P1811.
Boost seams to be on full time.
Have been having trouble with vacum leaks. Have tried to replace all vacume lines I can find. Replaced MAP sensor, (harness clip broke holding in place with zip ties until I can get a new one), Throttle position sensor, Egr valve, fuel pump, fuel filter, cramk shaft position sensor
Is there one solution or am I looking at several problems?

New here so hope not too late to help. My 96 Lss service manual shows your codes.
P0171---fuel trim system lean. Explains the starting problem
P0300--- engine misfire detected. Probably when you had problem starting u had a misfire. No big deal once fuel trim system is corrected
P1645---problem boost control solenoid control circuit
