Maintenence questions on a 1998 SL1

I have a few problems with my 1998 Saturn SL1.

1 - The front license plate holder is hanging on the bumper by the bottom two connectors of three. Is there any way to fix this? These connectors look odd, never seen them before, I don't know where to get them, how they get mounted or what is good to replace them if needed.

2 - The fabric on the interior roof has started to peel off in the back. Is there a specific method for fixing it?

3 - The headlights have this one mounting connection on the bottom near the center that looks like plastic going around something in a rectangular shape. One has this connection broken so the light moves a bit. Can this be fixed or does the whole headlight need replacement?

Thanks for any responses.

Im actually not sure about this. I would think that a replacement can be bought from the dealer, but i would check out a junk yard first. Im not positive on what the connectors look like.

Install new fabric. removal of the old one and handles, light fixture is needed. Most get new fabric from Walmart or some local fabric store. I can give you a link to a procedure.

That is part of the headlight assembly. However ive fixed most headlights assemblies with just some sort of extreme glue (rubber cement works) to fix the plastic piece. Also, its a common trait for s-series headlights to rattle in place. Cardboard or something else wedged into certain spots seems to fix this :)

Thanks for any responses.
