Both are good. I have used the Bosch +4 and the NGK Iridiums. I put 70 thousand miles on the Bosch and they were still like new. I put the Iridiums in because I thought I would get better fuel mileage and I did. The firing electrode of the Iridiums is 7 times harder than a standard plug. A plug isn't fired by the spark, but it is fired by the heat of the spark. NGK makes the Iridium with a .7mm firing electrode and a tapered ground electrode.. This makes for a lot hotter spark. Up til recently there was no way to fuse the Iridium to the plugs, but they now do it with lasers. They are both good plugs. Some people say the Bosch+4 have been known to come apart but I never had any problem. The Bosch have 4 ground electrodes, but only fire the one that has the least resistance. As one wears the others fire. They last a long time.

What is wrong with Motorcraft Platinum that came out in the truck? I am a firm believer in OE ignition parts.

Bosch plugs are junk!I have seen nothing but but problems with bosch plugs, run like crap and anything Bosch makes is junk and unreliable.Put in Autolites is another choice.Last Ford I saw with bosch blugs was in a Ford Bronco and my father threw them away.If you want to see Bosch plugs thrown away, watch my father do this and he bad talks about Bosch.

Bosch runs good in imports or some Dodge products. If the vehicle came out with NGK, Bosch will usually work well. We are not here to post derogatory remarks about products. The poster wanted to know what plugs to install. I am a firm believer in OEM ignition parts. But, sometimes other brands will work in vehicles. So please refrain from being so negative.
