There's a large round cover (abou 3" dia.) on the bottom of the oil pan. Is my filter hidden insider there? If so, what do I use to loosen the cover. It's really tight. Thanks for any help. DaveThis picture shows the filter cap at 415, the cartridge style filter element at 409. Don't worry about replacing the orings unless they are torn up and leaking. Be prepared to make a mess. http://www.compnine.com/largeimg/980130GM00-403.gif vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
