I have a 2002 gp with the 3100. Its bone stock.Theres a line from the top of the engine running towards the battery then looks like down an into the firewall on passenger side. Would it also be for the vents on this vehicle?New blower motor but little air flow.

To answer your question. Yes. The HVAC accessory vacuum fro the intake manifold system is used to control the vacuum actuators in the dash. Various symptoms if the vacuum lines are damaged or broken.
