1999 Stratus 2.5L Miss on Acceleration

Working on a 1999 Stratus 2.5L, the owner brought it over because of some driveability issues, which codes checkout to be P0401, P0300, P0306 and P0301. I checked the egr and solenoid, the solenoid would not hold vacuum when it was turned on, so I replaced the unit and the first code disappeared. The rest still remain. I've checked the IAT and MAP and TPS, new fuel filter and checked fuel pressure (51 psi, all the time) and he gave it new plugs, wires, cap and rotor (while replacing the valve cover gaskets and seals) a few months ago. I"m not sure if it was acting like this before his tuneup or not, but now it has a murderous miss or hesitation just off of idle. It starts great, idles great, runs in the higher rpms great, but if you are idling and gave it a decent amount of gas, it just stumbles and misses. You can ease into it and everything's fine. It seems to get worse as it warms, but that might be wishful thinking. If anyone has any ideas, I'm very excited to hear them. Thanks

Within the last 2 months or so everything but the kitchen sink has been replaced. I'm going to try a junkyard crankshaft position sensor tonight (hopefully, since it's about -5 and I'm not huge on dying of hypothermia).

Ended up noticing some play in the distributor shaft after removing the rotor and seeing it had been worn down in a couple of spots under it from rubbing the innards of the distributor. Replaced whole dist. and it runs great. Thanks for looking everyone.
